Dream House for Medically Fragile Children is benefiting from the influence of corporate friends near and far. Devoted to children with very complex health issues, Dream House continues to gain momentum for its mission that empowers families and communities to care for their medically fragile children at home. Business connections are making that possible.
Drawing record participation at the recent Dream House Golf Classic, tournament host Atlanta Falcons punter Michael Koenen, along with sponsor MD&E, helped raise $26,000 for Dream House efforts. Tournament promotions inspired the International Business Brokers Association to choose Dream House as the recipient of a $5,000 donation presented at the closing ceremonies for its national conference in Atlanta. Total Learning Concepts, Inc. dedicated 50 percent of its Spring Fling Carnival proceeds to Dream House.
Dream House has served nearly 1,000 medically fragile children in 42 Georgia counties. Named a Best in America Local Independent Charity for the third consecutive year, Dream House supporters invest in a mission that uses 86 cents of every dollar donated to directly benefit medically fragile children and their families.
